I have a "thing" for coats; that thing being I generally own too many, but I still couldn't resist getting my hands on this one (the color is just too pretty and I was inspired to build the rest of my outfit in the same tones). If I needed convincing, I'd tell myself that I'm really only wearing three coats this winter because I never got around to unpacking my old ones and faced with fleeting days and lingering nights, three seems like a pithy number. Although this winter has been so mild compared to the last one and I'm not complaining; I'll be happy if it doesn't snow here at all this year...

I have a "thing" for winter coats, too. I have, like, five of them but I live in Los Angeles so I never get to wear them! The one you're wearing is amazing... I think I might need a sixth...
I also have a thing for coats. They seem to be the first thing I'm drawn to in a shop, closely followed by dresses ... BTW your hair is looking particularly gorgeous.
