Last week I spent a couple of days in New York crashing at college friend's apartment and taking in the city and a concert with another. It was my first time experiencing the city at Christmas and it was truly magical. I was enjoying the window displays, decorations, lights, and general holiday cheer so much that I handed my camera off to my friend. It was rather nice to not take any pictures for once.

Beautiful! I would love to go to NY around Christmas time someday...
It's seems such a beautifuk time of the year to visit NYC. Love the contrast between the navy clothes & the shiny shoes...beautiful!
it looks like the most amazing trip away! (I think it's my first time seeing you away, it is so odd to see such a different setting!) I love the miniature carousel! What a beauty!

Going to NYC during the Christmas season is definitely on my list. Cute photos. I really like the one of the carrousel.
christmasshopping in NY. a dream for me... Like your pictures to have part. You cut your hair? looks great :)
I love your hair !
You've just crashed my irrational illusion that you lived on a magical uninhabited island with only your wonderful clothes to keep you company.
But seriously, I haven't seen any pictures of you in a city since I started following you...
The hat in the last pictures is adorable!
@mythriftedwardrobe, haha but I was just in NYC in Sept too :)
These photos are great and really capture the dreaminess you were describing. I'm especially fond of what looks like a toy/mini carousel.
You are just the most adorable!
