Numerology

Quite beyond my price range, but unfortunately within my field of vision, these Lulu Frost code rings are lovely. You really can't just buy one, but rather must invest in several to spell out some secret meaning across your fingers; which is what the designer Lisa Salzer intended. “Over the years of selling Plaza numbers world-wide, I’ve realized how strongly people attach meaning and importance to numbers. I’ve heard hundreds of stories behind why people love certain numbers, from the mundane to the creative,” says Lisa.
Anyone have an interesting story to tell about their favorite numbers or superstitions?

23 is my favorite number since it was my soccer uniform for all 4 years of high school. Not really interesting but oh well :)

These rings are so cute! I like even numbers, mostly because my birthday is very even: 8/2/88 :D

My favorite number is 9! I was born on my grandmother's 49th bithday, 9/9/90, at nine pounds, and I turned 9 on 9/9/99 and 19 on 09/09/09. It's not really that significant, but it is a lot of fun.

Ah, I've seen these before! They're so cool! I really want them, but they are too pricey.

If I had some, I might spell out the address of my high school which I loved.

If ever I could afford these, I think I'd have to embrace my inner nerd-child and have 62442 (hollaback all Harry Potter fans...?)

Thanks for sharing!
Love,
Hello, Sweetie

The number 1 is special to me since I was born on Januray 1st (1/1) and it always signifies starting over in a new year :)

My lucky number is 2. I have two sisters, two cats and it feels a bit comforting to think about couples of two... ;)

Mine is 17.
It started with my locker being numner 17 through out school, I later bought a unit 17, and then found out I had a long lost brother, who is born on the 17th...!
crazy, creepy, coincidences!

How sweet, it's so sentimental. I love the no.3, but can't say why exactly!

In China numbers are SUPER important, wich leads to parks FULL of brides on the same days because they are numerologically (is that a word?) auspicious :) My favorite number is 11 just cuz it's always served me well and I like it.

I would get 1,4, and 3. 1 is for 'I', 4 is 'love' and 3 is for 'you'. Just a little something my family has always done.

Tilly Mix! Harry Potter <3! I'd say that would be something I'd do, 62442. You could also go with 7 since it is the magic number, but for some reason I don't like the number.

I'd go with 8 just because I like it ;]

my favourite number is 13, for two reasons: I was born on August, 3, and they say three is the perfect number. Also, I'm from Italy, and here 13 is a very unlucky number (you know, all the stuff about being 13 people when you have dinner, etc.) and when I was little I was surprise to the discover that such a beautiful number like 13, formed by 1 (the first number, shouldn't it be important?) and 3 (the perfect number) was considered unlucky.
Thus I decided that I'd be my favourite and lucky number.

Sorry, I'm a bit tedious ;) but that's the story of my favourite number :D

Also, last but not least, I do love those rings...

ciao!

i guess i have that whole thing where i associate certain numbers with certain colours. for example, three and seven are yellow, two is red, eight is purple, five is green, four is blue/green depending on the occasion, and nine is dark navy blue. i think it'd be awesome to wear these rings in accordance to the colours in my outfit. like if i was wearing dark blue and yellow, i'd go with nine and three. xD

I think it would be fun to get your anniversary numbers in place of a wedding ring. Or maybe just a part of it, like the month or the day or even just the year, just in case you got married on 12.15.12, that would be a lot of numbers on your finger ;)
