Shrooming

As I mentioned before, this dress is one of my new favorites; an instant classic for my wardrobe. Why exactly? The shape is timeless, the black peter pan collar is a killer detail and the mushroom print silk keeps it all from being predictable. That's how I like my wardrobe: ladylike, but with a touch of whimsy.
Outfit details:
Jeffrey Campbell mary janes
Clinque lipstick

Those Mary Janes call to mind a specific designer other than JC, but I can't put my finger on it.

I love this dress, too. The pleating detail is so intricate, and the shape of the skirt is so flattering. It creates curves and movement.

And it's so organic a print. Very you.

I love this dress so much! You wearing it again has me scouring the Internet to find one in stock. I think it would be absolutely perfect for clashing with the bridesmaids at an upcoming wedding.

The dress looks super cute, and I LOVE the doorway backdrop. Also, nice remix of the belt - I have the Audrey Mini dress but never wear that belt with it - I need to reuse the belt in other outfits like this though!
