A Pretty Pairing

Would wear this blue suede belt with these Bass Loves Rachel Antonoff oxfords while dancing to classic rockabilly.

Oh great pairing!! It's funny, I just bought those shoes and am using them in my new blog banner!! I guess I made a good choice in shoes if such a stylish person like you likes them too!

Really cute shoes Rebecca, I love the little blue flowers on them!! How much did they cost you? I could not wear them myself without socks or tights of some sort, my heels would blister. I had a pair of oxfords from muffys.com and they almost lamed me from the pain of not wearing anything to keep them from chaffing (if you get a pair from muffys make sure they are the right size). Oh what do you think of knee highs or thigh high nylons with them would that be too childish? Thank you for the post.

@Anonymous, thank you! but I don't own the shoes (yet?) I just admired them firsthand at the Rachel Antonoff presentation last Sept & still think about them often. I think knee highs would be too childish with those shoes, thigh highs never really look childish to me. I could see the shoes with ankle socks or thigh highs & styled correctly it would be very cute. :)

Oh those shoes are gorgeous. I hope they do make their way into your wardrobe soon because I imagine you'd wear them so well with your outfits!

the pairing is indeed sweet and innocent, though perhaps a bit too sucrose-induced stomach ache for my tastes; i fear i would come off foolish. i could see you rocking it out though.
