When? September 10th at noon
Where? Central Park, Sheep Meadow (look for the red balloons)
Why? While we all love our sponsors and the many awesome and well-organized events going on during fashion week, sometimes it is nice to get back to our roots and simply meet other bloggers without distractions. The greatest part of meet-ups is an opportunity to talk to fellow bloggers, so that's what this is all about. Come, snap some outfit shots, chat, and bring your own some cupcakes to eat!
Who? I'll be there. Jess, of What I Wore is planning to attend as well. See more of those who have RSVP'd (and RSVP yourself!) at our Facebook Event page.
*feel free to tweet/reblog/share this event to spread the news and invite your fashion blogging buddies!

I do however, recommend a walk through Monmartre if you have the time. It's a very picturesque neighborhood that still retains some of its bohemian history.

One of the best moments on my trip so far was riding the train into Paris and spotting tons of great graffiti in the tunnels. Seeing tagging and more legitimate spray paint designs like that just shatters your illusions of a prim and proper, too cool for you Paris. One of my favorite sayings is, "once you've lost your reputation you can truly live." So, obviously I had to dig through my archives to find some more embarrassing outtakes to share with everyone. It's important to note that when photographing yourself, there will always be lots of outtakes and one can not control the wind or occasionally their own face. In a number of these I look as if I'm about to fall, or have just fallen, odds are: that is exactly what happened. I'm quite clumsy and falling over nothing is practically a hobby of mine. I have no explanation for ones in which I appear drunk or high...
