Prints and the Pauper

These have to be two of the most awesome prints I have ever seen. Why is it that every time I find printed dresses they come in the standard floral/star/check patterns? The brass knuckles dress would also go so smashingly with my brass knuckles necklace...

Ah! they're stunning - the 1st photo's sparkling tights are killer. Eh, maybe you should try drawing your own patterns - i mean, your swell doodles might worth to drawed on plain skirt or dress. My mind say they will be gorgeous :)

Total agreement here. I find some great prints though from Laura Lees, People's Market and Max C (all from ASOS). I just got a giraffe print (as in wee sillohuettes) from there!

Also, now I have Brass Monkey in my head for some reason :P

The first one is awesome!

The brass knuckles dress looks cool. I've never seen prints like these before, really original. Loved the skirt. There should be more original prints like these for skirts and dresses :)

I once tried on a dress which had a Mary Poppins print! Teensy tiny ladies suspended from opened umbrellas, floating on a navy background. Shame about the nasty synthetic silk and disproportionate price tag.

very creative looks! love the first one and the color on the second!

asians are pretty cool that way ;) haha.

Strangely attracted to both prints, especially the brass knuckles!

I really do love that knuckleduster print. What a wonderful play on the femininity of the dress. And I absolutely adore that second shot, the colours are stunning!

Interesting prints always make me smile. My father has a sweater with a print of a turtles across it. They are small enough that you need to really look to see the print, but large enough that it looks interesting from afar.

I really do hope you are having a beautiful day dear :)

The 2nd dress is so cool. Love the fact that i first saw the colours and liked them and THEN saw the print. Makes it even better! The style isnt mine or anything near what I normally wear or like but because of the dress I want to go 80s with a touch of grease!

Omgsh I love that first outfit. That is possibly the coolest design ever. And I hate patterned dresses most of the time because I'm afraid they look a bit cheap or mainsteam! But if the designs looked like this, then I would definitely buy them more...

I'd like more wild-printed dresses, too! The brass knuckle print is really cool in how you can tell what it is, but it still maintains a certain level of abstractness. I like it with the sparkly tights.

Really interesting prints. I don't think I could ever pull something off like that, but I admire those who can. And I love the shoes!

These are some awesome outfits and that girl rocks the blue hair. Incredible layering. I wish we weren't so conservative in NZ.

Those are some unique prints! But also really interesting outfits; I had to look twice to notice that the first girl had an awesome studs-galore in her choice of accessories, which links back to her dress, and the second one is my favourite picture because the colours of the backdrop, her hair and her dress is simply fantastic XDD

I think the first look is a bit more realistic and I guess you could say closer to the "norm." The second one seems to be for the more fashion adverturous. They're both great in their own way.

I don't know why Asian fashion is so great! Really, the way they mix colors and styles is incredible. I'm loving the first outfit, the dress is simply sweet.

You are so badass. Hahha. I love the top and very bottom of the brass knuckles outfit...the gold tight/leggings are throwing me off...but I wouldn't know how to fix it, other than just taking them out of the equation. The other one...are those gas pumps? Also...socks and nylons with sandal/boot/heels...? Maybe I'm an old tradish fuddy duddy buuuuut...
