The novels of D. H. Lawrence always manage to leave me in a state of befuddlement. It is not that I do not comprehend his words or message, but perhaps the message is so alien and unwelcome my mind wishes to reject it. I associate too much with the main character and then am unpleasantly surprised by her fate.

Love the new dress. Looks like you could be on your way to a garden party or to high tea.
Very pretty outfits! You made me want to paint my nails blue:)
i love the watercolor effect of the dress. very nice fit too.
The print on your dress made me think that you were jumping in all your photos initially! XDDD
I like how it goes so nicely with the black cardigan too.

I love the print on your ASOS dress.
I don't think I've ever managed to fully comprehend the words of D.H. Lawrence so good job on doing so!
Love the rings with the nail polish... :)
I love both outfits very mucho, but the first dress makes me feel kinda trippy, hah.

i love the first dress, the colourful one! it is amazing!
now, something totally different: i'm planning to buy a new laptop very soon, and i think i saw on some picture a while ago that you had one by dell? if i'm right about that, are you happy with it, and which of their models is it? and, did you paint directly on it or did you use some foil between so you can remove the paint?
thank you so much for answering all those questions!
Yes but who needs H&M when you have ASOS! LOVE that dress (fits you to a T), love that store :)
PS had to read Sons and Daughters (or was it Mothers and Sons? Sons and something lol) for school and I rather enjoyed it!

Beautiful dress
Oh my! Your new floral dress is SO stunning! You look gorgeous in it ;) And as always, LOVE that stripey jacket, especially in that last shot! The shot of your blue-painted nails on the 'keypad' is brilliant!
xx
That floral dress from asos is absolutely gorgeous! I must admit that I am truly envious. I love the classic sillouette and the colors. If you don't mind me asking, how much was it?

You always inspire me. I adore the nail polish you are wearing, it is so bright and happy! those outfits are so gorgeous too. Stripes and flowers!
Hmm, I've never read any Lawrence. Another author to put on my already long summer reading list...
I love the first dress! The print and shape are gorgeous.
Love the floral dress!
I love that dress. Very summery :)
Trisch xo
I think D.H does that to ya... I always get a weird feeling when I read him! You look so cute in that first dress, it reminds me of floridian sexy grannies in a good way.
Oh my, that jacket in the last shot <3 And the bold nail varnish is a very nice touch with that dress. Great outfits as usual.
oh i love the dress, the colour is amazing!
that book really attracts me, maybe i'll look for a copy here!
DH Lawrence! Of Lady Chatterly's Lover! I haven't read his work, but i have heard of that (in)famous book. I'm curious to read him though... Oh and I wish I lived near a Zara too! I visited on in Greece (and Pull and Bear and Bershka!) and I fell in love.
Btw it's supposed to be EIGHTY degrees where I am in PA, I hope it's just as warm where you are. I'm pretty excited for the super warm weather. =)
I LOVE the cut of that dress. and i can't wait for it to get cool enough here to bust out my black roll neck jumpers
That ASOS dress is great! The pattern kinda reminds me of the pattern of the dress I made - but the cut of yours is a lot nicer :)
Love the dress and the quote is beautiful in a sad way.
That ASOS dress is just perfect! Classy and ladylike but in a very happy, colorful way.
Oh, and note to self: Must read more books! For the time being it's all about architecture stuff and starting to get monotonous.
Looking great as always :)
And making me wish I took more time to read.
Love the Asos dress! And the blue nails.
i just love all the crazy spots you use to take your photos :-D
i love the print on your floral dress!
You're so sweet!! ♥
I really like your style and all of your outfits. :) That dress so adorable.
That floral dress is super cute. did you get it recently?
I love how " blur " the prints on the first dress looks! Very unique! You always surprise me wit new ways of wearing that stripe dress!
that dress from asos is absolutely beautiful...so feminine...
You look so nice wearing first dress! And second outfit is aso great! Especially I love the jacket and skirt, and your hair color is just stunning!
Cheers!
I love your outfit, and lovely photos as always!
The flowered dress is beautiful, and I'm in love with the striped skirt too. So stylish yet practical.
That floral dress is amazingly beautiful on you....you made ASOS look like a 50s vintage find!
You look like such a laydee in that floral dress! I love the ladylike, retro silhouette. Gorgeous.
Love the second skirt!
DH Lawrence always leaves me a bit confused. Every time I finish one of his novels I saw 'that's it, I give up on him!' but usually find myself picking up another of his books soon :P
your jewellery makes me green with envy.
This is such a gorgeous floral print. And that necklace is gorgeous! Great looks all round x
loving that fabulous floral asos dress - so elegant and pretty!
The saturation and the contrast of the prints and designs of the food packaging is a great counterpoint to your darker garb. You always compose your shots so well.
And you make working in a grocery look so cute and fun! When I worked at my local college grocery, we weren't allowed to experiment with fashion... we had to stick to a strict dress code... go figure, little Christian school which made the town, and all!
