Eduard Erlikh has worked for lots of the big names of the magazine biz and many of his images are gorgeously saturated in rich colors. I really like some of his more "simple" drawings. It is remarkable how much character and personality he captures with a few simple lines.

Those dishes are fantastic! I love anything recycled in inventive ways, I have a chair made from old rice sacks bound together which I adore. And those line drawings by Eduard Erlikh are absolutely gorgeous!!! I remember doing a project of just line drawing, and it is so much harder than one would think to draw a good piece.

I love those last drawings. Simple lines are the most difficult to do well i think, and I always admire someone who can tell a story with that little details. Awesome!

Did you ever make a plate for your mom for mother's day or anything? Like where you would draw on a special piece of paper and your teacher would send it away and they'd mail back your childish scrawled plate.
Anyway, those plates kinda remind me of that in a way. I really don't know why, but they do. And I like them!
