A post of my doodles. I'm not majoring in art, these are just what I like to do in a small journal to pass the time. I find it rather soothing to draw when I'm bored or stressed. P.S. I'm considering opening a small Etsy shop...thoughts? Would anyone buy a print?
Yea go for the Etsy shop =) They're great! You could also draw on sticky paper so that people can use your prints as decoration for their notebooks or laptops!
beautiful! so happy to see these. you definitely have your own style. and you should for sure open a shop!!! its so inexpensive you've got nothing to loose and i would love to own a print (or maybe trade one??)!! great work, keep on doodling who knows what will happen. also i know youve said youre in marketing but the art part is totally relevant AND either way youve got talent lady.
Your doodles are adorable! I especially enjoy the "i kinda like you" one! You should try opening an Etsy shop! Start small and see how it goes - I think people would love prints of this stuff.
They are adorable and yes you should open an etsyshop! I also find it very soothing, almost terapheutic(?) to draw. I´ve added your blog to my linklist, it´s become one of my favorites :)
thanks for leaving me a comment on my blog the other day, i finally saw it... i need to keep up with this business... but my job gets in the way!
your doodle and drawings are reall exquisite. everyone's right -- you should definitely open at etsy shop! i'd defintiely buy a print. i'm looking for things to decorate my future apartment, and something of yours would fit right into what i'm planning. =D
ooh i love your doodles! i hope you don't mind, but i kinda copied one for my art class sketch (it was one of those weekly sketchbook assignments, so nothing big) and my teacher asked me about graphic design and putting it on t-shirts and such. I told her I just got it off line though. But i thought i'd pass along the thought to you because these designs could very easily be on shirts, sweaters, dresses, etc. (or even folders and notebooks! =))
oh shoot. they are all gorgeous. your drawing may be even more popular than Nasha!
Anyway, def. you should open an etsy shop. Im sure TONS would buy your drawings, meanwhile i think you should draw bloggers, in your own special way of course.
well i wanna thank you for always visiting my blogs. you are so sweet, and girl about the meet cute, hmmmmmm i hope someday you'll have your own one, if you want to.
but am very sure that he'll be the lucky guy! mumwaaah!
These are incredibly detailed and intricate. They remind me of paper cutouts. Etsy shop is definitely a great idea. I wish I could say I would buy one but I never have any money :(
Hey, I'm glad I stumbelled upon your blog. I really love your work!
If you're looking to make a little $$ off of it, you can go to www.blurtt.com which is a new art site, (it'll launch this weekend, actually) and upload your stuff. It's dedicated to promoting artists and helping them to get a little $$$
oh and I know about this site because my BF is the CEO, lolz.
I hope you check it out, if you have questions, email me, or exspiro@gmail.com (that's his email)
i agree!!! do threadless then people will be WEARING what you draw!!! how awesome would that be, and you can combine fashion with your art! :) :) :) also, you could try lino cutting, and printing..you'll achieve the same look with very interesting effects! i did a safari print one before.. not sure if i can get a pic of it but if i do i will let u know hehe. shall we trade links? we've been commenting back and forth and i like what i read here! :) cheers andrea xooxxx Life In Technicolor
Wow these are lovely...The second one and the last one in particular remind me of Russian country prints, and matryoshka doll patterns. Open your shop, I'll definitely buy a print!
geez, you have a serious talent. i especially like the "i kinda like you" doodle. etsy is a stellar idea. have you hever thought about designing blog headers and whatnot with you doodles? i think loads of people would be interested - myself included!
These are fantastic! I love how incredibly detailed and precise they are. That's a serious amount of patience you have there, my friend! You should also consider looking into textile printing because these would look amazing on fabric. I vote yes for the Etsy shop - I think these would do very well :)
I always encourage anyone to try to make an income, however small, from a creative pursuit. Go for it, Etsy is super affordable for sellers. One piece of advice, it works best if you update the shop frequently or in small batches, the more current you are the easier it is for people to find your stuff...
You are very talented! My favorite one is the Rodarte shoes, so cute! You should definitely sell them as prints. I would love to hang one up in my closet.
Your designs would look good on wallpaper too! I'm not sure how you would go about that though. Definitely include the word doodles in the name of your shop if you do decide to start one, which I think you really should. BTW, did you design your website background? Looks like it.
your doodles are very great! i used to doodle myself, but never had the patience like yours to finish my work. very nice work there girl! yes yes do go for the shop!

I simply adore your doodles and would do nearly everything, if I could draw like you.
Why aren't you majoring in art?
These are fantastic! You really should open a shop. Wow.
Very beautiful! You could certainly make it as an illustrator. I also see some of these as great fabric designs. Go for it!
YES! Do the Etsy shop.
Stationery.
Greeting cards.
Fabric design.
T-shirts done with sharpies. (I'll buy one.)
I love this, especially the 2nd one. I would probably buy it, if the prices were reasonable!
Oh, these are divine!
I've never bought anything from Etsy but these are fab.
You are very talented! My favorite one is the Rodarte shoes, so cute! You should definitely sell them as prints. I would love to hang one up in my closet.
I can't believe I didn't think of this earlier- these would make beautiful tattoos!
Your designs would look good on wallpaper too! I'm not sure how you would go about that though. Definitely include the word doodles in the name of your shop if you do decide to start one, which I think you really should. BTW, did you design your website background? Looks like it.
Those are really nice illustrations. I think you would do well on Etsy.
The "doodles" are super cool! I'm jealous....my skills are majorly lacking in the drawing department. I think your shop would be quite successful.

I LOVE the drawing with the girl. I would buy, like, three of those and put them up in a series on my wall.
I doodled something a lot like the first and last ones the other day.
