Nothing Looks As Awesome As A Poison Frog

This is old news to sneakerheads and from my blog it is clear I am not one of that category, but for the sake of variety and because I admire the design and artistry in every field, Puma created a limited edition package of sneakers based on the colors of poison frogs. My sister tipped me off to these hot shoes and I must say, they are a textural and colorful delight.

Sweet! This reminds me of 4th grade when frogs like these were all the rage. We'd collect plastic kinds from the mall. Same era that ying yangs, smileys, and "Mean People Suck" accessories were sold at Claire's. Heh.

I'm definitely not one for sneakers, either, but the print is rather amazing. Frogs used to be my favorite animal.

When I was in high school, I was OBSESSED with Puma. Like, I gave all other kicks the cold shoulder. I refused to have a Jansport backpack and opted to use Puma shoulder bags. Oh Puma... :)

When I first saw the picture I thought the colours had been edited, those frogs are insane! The sneakers are nice too, but I'm seriously in awe of the frogs.

i'm not a sneaker person either, i wore them today for some reason, but usually i'm not. i love the way they look on others, but they just don't suit me adn i don't get how to wear them with out looking 12.

I don't know when it happened, but I haven't worn sneakers in quite a long time.. I think I've become too dependent on heels. Now when I wear flats I feel so short!

Mmm they're interesting. My brother and my boyfriend and all his friends are the real sneakerheads. I think my brother even has more shoes than I do! Except he keeps some of his in their boxes, unworn, with the tags.

Wow! I never thought that nature created anything 'blue' (most of it is purple/violet). This is very new to me. Thanks for sharing :)

I'm not much of a sneaker fan (besides some rather old Chucks) but I quite like these. The blue and pink ones look pretty!
