My favorite season has come and gone—no, not summer, but the Paris Haute Couture season. Fantastic and creative designs were being displayed to their fullest on lithe models, reminding me and many others why we love fashion. While everyone in Paris must be breathing the style in and wearing their personal best, I am sadly still trapped in rural Pennsylvania dreaming of far away places.
Since I can’t be abroad at exotic locales, I must make an adventure of a location closer to home. I find that when one goes on safari it is best to dress simply and attempt to blend in with your surroundings. Leopard print flats are definitely a must, not just for comfortable walking, but also to help make friends with the local wildlife.
