Wide Open Spaces

It was a little cooler yesterday and today, but gradually the warmth seeps back into the atmosphere. Outside flowers are springing up, birds are singing and there is an army of student workers diligently working on a garden. While I often bemoan my school's isolation and lack of transportation, in spring it is nice to live in the countryside. A short walk behind the various dorms leads me to woods, a creek, even a field--all these make up my back yard.
I am occupied with plans for the next couple of days and more long term plans for next fall, so blogging might be scarce for a wee while.

Still digging that tattoo of yours :) You really are in the swing of spring, aren't you? School... seems like such a distant word (sigh)! I hardly get time to experience spring because 1. Mumbai only has SUMMER... 2. I am locked in my office the whole day.

Loved the dress on the left.

I personally like spring in the city even more.
But hey, after living in the countryside for 6 years and then moving to LA, i would always like things in the big city more.

I agree, I love the outdoors, I live off campus, but my campus is close to a little lake and I often sit on the dock with my books to study in between classes.
There is a tree by the window of one of my classes that is currently blooming perfect, white blossoms and it makes me so happy everytime I see it.

A blog break?
How dare you!
Countryside sometimes scares me.
I think I've been living in the city too long.
I don't like being isolated anymore....
