In our dorms the two main walls are covered in bulleton board--perfect for inspiration walls. Last year I coated the wall with Anthropologie pages, literally until the board behind did not show. This year I went for a more colorful and random approach (also all the staples from the Anthroplogie wall were just havoc to get out). Now the wall holds pictures I have taken, pages from editorials, flyers, just about anything that captures my attention.
I love inspo walls...I am in the process of making my own with that magentic paint stuff...my bf just went and bought me some so we will soon be painting the walls, and I will be adorning it with clips, prints oh it will be so fun!!
I love inspirational books, walls and everything related to inspiration. It's good to have that colour in your room, empowering and energising (I don't know even if that word exists, but hopefully you'll understand what I mean).
i do this! i'm not actually allowed to stick stuff on my real walls though...ooops... but now i pin all my accessories to my bulleton board so i can view them all before choosing, and they look pretty too!
I spend countless hours looking at inspiration walls, the more random the better. Its really intriguing to examine little things and analyze the meaning.

Inspiration wall is a great name for this kind of decoration!
Perhaps this idea is even better than collecting new ideas in a sketches book!

I wish we had bulletin in my dorm room!!
that's cool. I just have a dinky cork board (ok, regular size, but compared to this not so much)
That's a good idea. I think I should do a whole wall of photos.
