After I put together today's outfit I realized it reminded me of an outfit I had seen on the
Sartorialist months ago. A quick jaunt through Sart's archives, satisfied my need to affirm the thought. I removed my tights for easier comparison (it is too cold here for bare legs). I prefer this Hong Kong lady's artful layering (and surroundings), but lacking the tools my outfit will have to suffice.

Haha... I hardly think the surroundings are artful (HK-er here...) but her outfit is lovely... the shades are perfect...
Cute outfit! You always look like a little princess...
I remember that sartorialist photo, I very much like the side by side. You look adorable.
Thats so cute!
love her outfit, and yours isnt bad either!
Ooh I love this, I'm really into soft colours at the moment, and this is perfect.
I remember that photo from the sartorialist and loved it so much. I love your skirt, I have been looking for one like that forEVER.
I remember that photo of the Sartorialist,I think it is still on my computer because I love the colours and the layering.Your outfit is just as beautiful,I love how those two colours work together. You have such a beautiful collection of skirts!
I *remember* that photo, which I rarely do w/ street style sites. You both look lovely.
I love that pic so much, that I even put it on my header.
Your outfit is great too.
Loveeee it.
Susie, I think The Clothes Horse might have been referring to the white and yellow stripes of the zebra crossing (I don't know what you call them in HK).
Both pics are fab, I love the way you've managed to wear a pleated skirt without seeming all schoolgirly. And I second Wendy- you do have great legs!
oh I saved that pic off thesatorialist too! I don't have the right elements for this outfit yet...but I will. I love the look you made from it ;-)
