The Hunt is On
I like to travel (not that I get to a lot) and I think the final item I require to complete my traveling wardrobe is something chic to carry all my clothes (and books) in. Sensible, no? So, the hunt is on for me to find the perfect vintage suitcase. I want one of the suitcase/carpet bag combinations you occasionally see with a beautiful vintage print. My family used to have one, I can dimly remember it, but it has probably disappeared for good or been locked away in storage for a good while...

I love that suitcase set! I've been wanting a suitcase upgrade for a long time. BTW, re your comment on my blog, I think "Sweet Teeth" would be a great name for a rock group.
I love that last bag.
Sometimes, MK and A's look gets repetitve however. So sometimes they look amazing and othertimes its just like blah.

Love the luggage! I use my grandma's old blue vinyl set, and I love how '50's it makes me feel. My bf, on the other hand, hates that he has to carry it and has been nagging me to get a wheel one. Breakin' my heart!
I'm planning on doing a bit of traveling in the next year as well, so I'm in the same situation as you. Of course I have to echo my love for the suitcase set!
Just for practicality, I wonder if there's anything such as stylish rolling luggage, ha ha ha. Please keep us updated if you find anything ;)

Hey, I found your blog via w_r. I just posted about these exact same suitcases in a guest blog on Painfully Hip! The full set is fantastic. And just out of curiousity - where are you in PA? I live there too. And I also always say I live in Nowheresville.
